Purchase Policy:
All service and retail purchases are final, no refunds, no exceptions.
12 hour cancellation policy for group classes
24 hour cancellation policy for private/duet sessions
If you purchase a session and cancel outside of the 12 or 24 hour window the session will be credited back to your account.
Package Expiration Dates:
For Packages of 5 or more you have 6 months from purchase date to use your sessions before they expire
Single Sessions are good for 30 days from purchase date to use before they expire
